Fern Cottage is a compact, one bedroom, open
plan cottage. Built in 2006 this Cottage is stylish, comfortable,
and has many quirky features including a box bay window,
and an original 1920's arched front door. In good kiwi bach
tradition recycled native timber joinery has been used extensively
throughout. French doors lead to a private sunny deck
overlooking a ferny gully.
Fern cottage is perfect for a couple or small
family, and can sleep extras on the queen sized sofabed, and in a
fun kids sleeping loft with three mattresses, accessed by ship ladder.
Quiet & private with garden & bush
views out every window.

Gate Cottage is the
original workmans
cottage on the property. It has been lovingly maintained,
retains many original features and has a well established garden
including a massive pohutukawa tree.
The cottage is very cosy
and
comfortable and
provides excellent value. Perfect for a couple with
comfy queen bed, and can accommodate children with two double sofabeds.
With garden & bush
views
from every
window, and it's own private driveway entrance, this piece of
kiwiana is sure to bring back memories.
There is plenty of lawn
for
kids to run
around, a tree swing and trampoline.
